We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Customer Support Advisor to join the Digital Customer Support team. The Digital Customer Support Advisor will provide first line support for customers requiring assistance with digital Highfield products. This will include resolving technical queries, supporting new customers to Highfield digital products and their set up, providing remote training by phone and/or video conferencing to customers on the use of Highfield systems and providing internal support on Highfield products including training to members of all other departments.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will have primary responsibility to plan, develop and implement all aspects of Highfield's digital marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, generate increased income, and build stronger relationships with our audiences. It will involve managing the whole process from the planning stage, right through to implementation and evaluation of activities including website development, campaign creation and advertising.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an External Quality Support Coordinator to join our External Quality Support team. The EQS Coordinator will ensure the quality of internally assessed qualifications is achieved and maintained and that all areas of responsibility are compliant with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for working with assigned quality assurance staff, in the form of Highfield Visiting Officers to coordinate their diary, book in for Centre visits, provide information and support.
